Mantras are like universal “sound codes”, each containing their own special vibration that brings healing energy into our lives. Sacred mantras have been used for thousands of years by Zen monks for the purpose of internal cultivation.

The Emei sacred healing mantra is used in Level 1 Qi Transmission techniques for healing one’s self and others. Practicing the mantra along with the CD has a stand alone healing effect. Another intrinsic healing occurs because each CD is empowered with Grandmaster’s voice and qi during the process of recording, as well as, during the manufacturing process. Therefore, there are many ways the mantra affects the listener's overall health and energy.
